Nils was responding to a different extraction at Chapel of the Chimes. No further details have been provided for this extraction in a vacant house. I agree with your concerns about entering a vacant house without anyone's approval.

Noticed a few weeks ago. House is vacant. Being vacant is an advantage when extracting! Bees on second floor in wall. They can see the hole where they are coming in from outside.
