Access to the wall is through two small doors and then through remnants of an old organ. 

I will talk with Jeremiah again. The cost of scaffolding  and the cost of periodic rentals of a lift might be about equivalent.

Noticed a few weeks ago.  House is vacant.  Being vacant is an advantage when extracting!  Bees on second floor in wall.  They can see the hole where they are coming in from outside.
