For data: I collected 3 swarms ( absconded?) in September.  1st one from the wild, construction yard near the river in Oakley, small basketball size, mated queen. 2nd one suburban front yard,  basketball size, mated queen.  3rd one cantelope size suburban backyard.  Neighbor has bees living in the shed, virgin queen.
