William called to report that they have bees coming and going between the first and second floor at his home in Hayward. The room under which they are flying is where his wife does dialysis so they haven't opened anything up yet as they want the project to happen quickly. They're also having a deck put in so would need to coordinate all of the work at the same time I think. He has an appointment with somebody at 10:00 today to assess the situation but also reached out to the club, so be aware that there are already other bidders involved. Please call him if you want to give a quote, he knows there will be a cost.
