Troy called. This is at his mother's house and he just discovered it. He lives around the corner.

He sees bees coming and going from the rocks of a small decorative waterfall. He says it is "100% not wasps"

The waterfall has no mortar, you could pull off the rocks to access the bees.

I told him there might be a cost and he was fine with that.
