Daheen called quite freaked out that she and her dog were attacked by "bees" in her backyard. She insists that they are hovering outside her patio door and naturally she is deathly allergic and wants someone to come out. There is no cluster she can report. I tried explaining to her that it was likely wasps, but she called back with her neighbor who is quite adamant that they are in fact bees and they continue to hover outside her patio door (which just sounds weird). I told her that probably nobody would want to come out with this thin information, so she offered to pay. I didn't discuss what that would look like.
