Caller is the hive host. The bees from one of the hives in her yard swarmed into this tree, but the beekeeper is out of town and cannot collect them. A little tricky because they are wrapped around the trunk of the tree. You could try putting a frame of dark comb in a bucket on a pole to entice them into it. Perhaps other people on this list have suggestions. Please don’t claim this swarm unless you are able to handle this particular situation and can go now and return after dark to collect them.
