Caller says he has not been in the shed for about a month but saw the swarm today.  Some comb has been built but they are not inside a structure, just hanging from the shed side.

I am waiting for a picture, but caller is very nervous so he may decide not to take a photo.

I think this should be an easy catch so treating it as a swarm rather than an extraction.

Who can go?
