William called to report insects coming and going from a raised shingle at the upper outer corner of his garage. He just noticed them today so doesn't think that they've been there very long. Noticed a few insects in the garage as well but he's not sure if they are bees or wasps. He didn't feel comfortable getting a photo. He knows there is a cost associated with extractions.
