San Ramon Swarm in Trash Can!!

Trash goes out tomorrow and you send your kid to empty the kitchen trash.  He notices something strange.  A buzzing sound from inside the can.  Being a cautious child, he calls you down for a look.  Lo and behold, a swam of bees has moved into your trash can.

If someone can go out and help these folks, it would be greatly appreciated.

Should be straight forward.
