SWARM! Berkeley, near Dwight and MLK, 12' up, soccer ball sized

Elisa called to report she noticed a swarm in a street tree just on the other side of her fence. Not clear when they arrived. She said you could leave the box on the inside of her fence however it's not super accessible. Evidently there's no gate on that side? But maybe you could somehow mount it to the top of the fence so it's not just sitting on the street all day. Looks like a pole and bucket job. 

Who would like to leave now to collect the swarm and return after dark to ensure no bee left behind?
