The plot thickens. This is more of a traffic jam than a swarm. Turns out the foam and pipe maneuver was a recent development and now the bees are confused. Can anyone go by and see if you can help?

Caller states bees have been living in the olive tree for a year. The homeowners closed the ground level hole with foam and added a pipe to raise the entrance a while back. She says they are now swarming and are on the side of the tree. 

Who would like to leave now to collect the swarm and return after dark to ensure no be left behind?
