Owner needs help!!

The owner saw the bees last summer moving into her olive tree's hollow in her front yard.  At the time, she wanted to leave them alone because they weren't bothering her.  But now, the colony obviously is thriving, and she no longer can have them there.  The olive tree is close to the sidewalk, and the tree's hollow is only about 3ft up.  Can someone help her rescue this colony?  I told her if someone volunteered, they would assess the situation and would let her know before doing anything.

On another note.... she said her name is Tyson Brown, she didn't say she's calling for someone else.
