Caller is trying to mitigate issues at the home of her recently deceased father which is in probate.  Bees have been living in an area at the side of the house entering a wooden board attached to  what she thinks is stucco. (see picture). The family wants to remove bees to make the house more sellable.  She would like someone to look at the issue.

She knows there will be a cost to removing the bees.
