hives (especially) on solid-bottom-board should be tipped "forward" a couple of degrees so water reaching the bottom board drains out the front. Some beeks baby their bees by installing an "awning" over the entrance so bees don't have to land in a puddle of water at the entrance. (yes they forage during light rain) Equipment that can be damaged by water needs to be stowed for inclement weather.
Gusts to 25. Secure things that can get blown around.While we're at it, lift on the back of the small hives to get a feel for how much food they have.
Recheck every week or two.This is aimed more at the new beeks, since the club seems to have about a 25% turn over in membership.
