I understand.  We made an appointment for tomorrow so I thought it would be courteous to let others know arrangements have been made. Maybe claim isn't the proper term that gets confused with claiming a swarm.

Any service provider can bid any job they like.  They're independent of the club. 
Posting the extraction jobs is a service to swarm hotline callers, and nothing more.
