    As far as the swarm list volunteers and the swarm list are
    concerned, 
    extractions can't be "claimed." 
    Any service provider can bid any job they like.  They're independent
    of the club. 
    Posting the extraction jobs is a service to swarm hotline callers,
    and nothing more.
