Been there awhile since caller says plates of wax have been laid in.  It is 
weird that they have not entered the vent hole but probably because the holes 
are screened from the inside.

Treating this as a swarm since it is not inside a structure but caller is 
willing to pay something if no one responds to a free service.

Who would like to take this on?
