swarm-list Mailing List: Established colony in shrub in Dublin - cut out?

Called in by city employee. 2’ up in a shrub on city property, 7’ off sidewalk 
on slope. He can’t see drawn wax because shrub is dense but says they are honey 
bees not YJs.

Anyone want to take a look?
