James has to move.
The colony is a give-away.
2 deeps, bottom board, cover, and stand.
The Colony hasn't been maintained, so it's probably plugged out.

So it's probably between 125 and 200 lb.
He says, if you put a ratchet strap around the boxes it will probably 
hold together.
The rub is that the back yard is below street level, so I assume there 
may be stairs or grade involved.

Some kind of 'hive lifter' will probably be needed,  or a dolly with 
straps.
Also a cleat or closer for the entrance.
Move at or after dark.
Move three miles or more.

You'll probably need a truck or van, and a posse
