This is a situation where tenant called in swarm at apartment complex joint parking spot so legally bees belong to owner of complex. Usually getting owners permission for free service is NOT an issue however this landlord refuse to give permission. I’m debating about posting a note on Nextdoor regarding swarms and that even if they leave they might make home inside wall or property and cost money to extract.
