The address has a residential unit in the back which has a rear wall 
that has bees in it that they want extracted.
There were bees there before.   A proper repair of the access hole 
wasn't made.

The possibly complicated part is the third party, the tenant in the unit.

They also now have the info for the SF bee club.

I didn't get any pictures.  I told them it's usually the case that you 
get to the bees via the inside wall
