Hi Everyone, 

I got some intel from the property owner that the bees have gone back to the roof. The owner of the house says it appears that the swarm box is empty. She doesn't have the contact information for the beekeeper who came by and asked that I post here on this thread. Stephen, I think it might have been you, but I'm not sure. I also don't have your contact info, otherwise, I would contact you directly. I would offer to come help, but I am out of town today. It seems plausible that maybe whoever caught the swarm thought they got the queen in the box, but maybe didn't after all.
