This was posted on August 5th as an extraction in an attic where bees had been there for about a month.  In actual fact, when photos came back there is clearly an established colony in the exterior of the house that have likely migrated to the attic as well.

Stuart, who lives near this location, offered to help the owner at no expense because he was interested in learning about extractions.  However, it became clear to him that it was beyond his ability to do the job and he has asked that it be reposted and the owner knows that the job will not be free given the extent of the colony.

Attached is a video of the colony that has established themselves in the rafter tails along a long false beam.  The whole thing has been opened up and needs a vacuum to pull out the bees.

The space in the attic is so low that the work needs to be done from the exterior.  The owner has some scaffolding in place.

I hope someone can take care of this issue!
