It's a no pay extraction job

Bees were seen inside the water meter with combs on the wooden lid.  City workers were going to replace the lid with a cement lid , but stopped when they saw the hive.

Probably will need a bee vac for this one, plus the necessary equipment and tools for harvesting combs.
