According to swarm line policy established about a decade ago, if you make a claim for a swarm, that means you can be heading out to collect it in 15 to 30 minutes. 

Half a day later or tomorrow is NOT acceptable because either the swarm may leave or you deny another member the opportunity to go for the swarm. 

If Al can respond right away, then he should get those bees.
