According to swarm line policy established about a decade ago, if you make a claim for a swarm, that means you can be heading out to collect it in 15 to 30 minutes. Half a day later or tomorrow is NOT acceptable because either the swarm may leave or you deny another member the opportunity to go for the swarm.
