This goes out to someone who lives nearby to just check if they have time.  It's not a call for a swarm collection.

Caller noticed a huge swarm hanging on the railroad overpass of Paseo Padre.  They saw it as they traveled past Peralta going towards Union City.  

If you have the time, please take a look and confirm back that it's there.  If it's a swarm that high up and on a train track, we'll leave them alone.
