I suggested he look out for the bees going home at night (scouts) vs 

staying in the bbl (moved in).

The bbl can be carted away if a colony HAS moved in.

Who's interested in the process, and has access to a vehicle to 

transport it,

and the assistance to move it without tipping it over?
