Rachel 415 260 5780 rachelwashtien [at] gmail.com 7185 Homewood Drive, Oakland Stairs lead up from the street to the entrance. Some floor joists overhang the stairs (i think) and the bees are enteringthe structure at the corner of the floor above the support piller/pier/post.
The owner of the property is out of the country for the next month, so the tenant, Rachel, is coordinating the evaluation, and estimate, and perhaps the extraction. It seem gnarly. Maybe they're crawling up through the framing into the wall where they will be accessible via the interior wall. Working it from the outside seems like an impossibility. Take your infra-red camera.
