This one should be straight forward!

Caller is new owner of a house that has an existing colony in a first floor 
wall between window and floor of downslope house.  They are getting ready to do 
extensive construction and so no need to do repairs as this room will be part 
of the remodel.

We came highly recommended by a neighbor as we’ve done extraction for them 
earlier
