Hi everyone,

Just a few things to remember: 

Swarms are assigned by the hotline volunteer who may consider a variety of 
factors to make that decision. These include proximity, difficulty, number of 
recent claims, and more. It is not the case that the first person to claim, or 
the beeless, are automatically entitled to get any swarm.

With our new list you need to “reply all” to claim a swarm so it goes to 
everyone not just the hotline volunteer.
