Bees are entering through TV cable junction box up to the wall.

I gave the owner estimate for removal.

This doesn't seem like an extraction, soI will treat it as a swarm.  Bees have been there for at least 1.5 weeks, so be prepared to remove some comb (i.e. cut the comb that they managed to build, rubber-band it into frames, etc.)
