I think of an extraction as something that involves breaking into a structure and maybe having to put it back together.  This ia a box that hasn't been used in 10 years, but either way, I hope someone takes the bees

This doesn't seem like an extraction, soI will treat it as a swarm.  Bees have been there for at least 1.5 weeks, so be prepared to remove some comb (i.e. cut the comb that they managed to build, rubber-band it into frames, etc.)
