Arrived in the last few days.  Entering a wood sided garage through knot holes.  Garage is not sheetrocked inside, and there is a lot of storage inside the garage so could be making a home in something inside or in the roof.

Caller is in Texas and property manager called her about the bees.  She will give permission to anyone who calls to take a look and you can access it through a man-door on the left side of the garage.  There is a key to the door on a utility box located just to the left of the man-door and the key is on lop of the utility box under a rock....cute, heh!?
