      Tiny number of bees at top of a decorative (stucco?) column
      clustered around what looks like a hole or gap. 
      
      They have a party planned, so anxious to find a solution.  
      
      I suggested observing to see if they leave at night ( scouts ) or
      settle in at night ( established colony ).  
      They want an expert and are willing to pay for a consult. 
      
      The pillar seems to be a particularly gnarly place for them to
      move into, if they already did.
