If folks have been trying to reach Helen and have not been successful, it is because the number listed was incorrect.  I reached out to her and asked her for some pics.  While it is possible that the bees are just in the electrical box, I think it is likely that they are using the box as a mud room and have set up in the wall.  Maybe not, but they usually look for a space that is larger and electrical boxes usually have holes that go onto wall cavities.

Anyway, the number is actually 415-694-9477.

Best,

Gabriel

This is really close to my house. I don’t want to do the job, but I’m happy to stop by, talk to her if she’s home, explain etc. She might not text.

Bobby, let me know.

Treating this as an extraction since they have taken up residence in an electrical box at eye level along walkway to home.  Not a big swarm but after only 2 days should be able to remove pretty easily as not much comb should be built already.  Homeowner says they are a bother due to location along walk into house. She has tried DIY methods to no avail.  She knows there will likely be a fee.
