This is at a business. The wine barrel has been turned into a trash can so the lid should be easy to remove. Note that it is up a ramp.
The colony swarmed yesterday.
Facilities is on site from 6 am to 4:30 so going first thing tomorrow morning might be the best method.
You can take the barrel away and keep it.
