Rick is the construction manager. Text before calling. 510-917-0046
460 Vassar
House is occupied but Rick is the contact person. He will find out from the homeowner if the attic/crawl space is accessible from inside. Flat roof.
This happened a few years ago and it was dealt with somehow. He will ask the homeowner what was done last time.
Bees are entering at third story eaves. All the stucco will be removed and replaced by Rick so perhaps the work can be done then. He doesn't have a three story ladder at this location now but probably will later.
Homeowner knows there will be a cost.
