Come on folks! It's been an hour since this was reposted. Surely there are some of you out there still looking for a few extra bees in the yard? Or maybe you don't need the bees and you just want to do a little community service for your club? Pretty please? Update on this one. A second photograph show that the bees are higher than 12 ft and the original claimant is no longer available to go get them. Who would like to collect these gals ASAP?
Christian, the second photo just came through and it looks higher to me than 12 ft but I'm sure you're able to handle whatever. Info to follow.
Yenely called to report this pretty swarm in her tree, she says maybe football sized and somewhere between 11 and 12 ft up. I was hoping for a second photo including the base of the tree but she hasn't sent it along. I will update if she does.
Who would like to leave now to collect the swarm and return after dark to ensure no bee left behind?
If you collected a swarm in the last 24 hours, please hold off 5 minutes before making a claim.
