Piedmont Extraction

Bees moved into an exterior wall cavity that had bees last year.  The person who did the extraction did not seal up the holes and bees moved back in.  I went by the property since I was out and about.  Bees arrived today and have not built any comb.  They are clustered about 18” above the opening which is maybe 6’ off the ground.  This should be very straight forward IMO.  The caller is a renter, but said the landlord will pay for the removal.
