Joanne had called the swarm hotline recently about a swarm which had moved into a birch tree in front of her house. She declined a trap out at that time. They're having work done soon and the tree is going to be removed. She would like the bees removed from the tree, and you can cut the tree in any way needed to get to the bees. As they haven't been there long it shouldn't be too complicated.
