UPDATE: Michelle now says maybe it's slightly under 20 ft. They also have a ladder (which you totally should not use because that's dangerous! Be safe!)
As a bonus, this is at a bar and it's a beautiful sunny afternoon. Bees and margaritas? Anyone? Anyone?

Michelle in Richmond called to report this lovely swarm in her loquat tree which arrived this afternoon around 2:00. They're pretty up there but if you have a pole and bucket on a long fruit picker they should be in range. Who would like to collect these pretty girls? If you collected a swarm in the last 24 hours, please hold off 5 minutes before making a claim.
Safety first! No swarm is worth risking injury to self, or host.
