A swarm moved into a Recess at eave level at the entrance to the house.
From the picture I saw, it looks like a cantalope size clump of bees huddled in a space that is a little hard to reach into.

If I were to take up the job, I would use a bee-vac to get the visible bees out of the recess, then use an "Inspection-Scope" to look in the recess for any hole the bees might use to get into the framing.

At this point I am not inclined to believe this is an "Extraction" in the sense that no walls will need to be opened up to get the bees out. i.e.  this shouldn't be a bank breaker.   It will require more skills, and equipment a swarm capture usually doesn't.
If the inspection-scope shows otherwise, than my assessment is wrong.

That's my 2¢

I have spoken with Reginald and Ahmed. It sounds like half the Bees are in Ahmed‘s box, and
he’s been working on it for a lot of the day today, but there are still bees in the column. A man
says it looks like this one’s going to need a vacuum. If someone has a vacuum, I recommend calling
Ahmed and or Reginald. It might not be too difficult to finish. Unfortunately, my vacuum isn’t quite
up to snuff, and my day is full tomorrow..

It kinda looks like an extraction, but the bees are right there.

Maybe A vacuum out job.
