Caller was reporting from a picture her husband sent showing the tree and the swarm around the trunk. She is not where the tree is so cannot be very specific about height of the swarm. They do not know when it arrived as it is on agricultural property they own close to their home but not on the property all the time.This is a bit vague but if you are a Livermore beek and near Greenville Rd and can go there to check it out.
