I like the CLAIMED notice in the subject line—I can quickly scan my inbox for the subject lines, easily spotting when an existing subject has CLAIMED added to the title and I don’t have to read more to find out it’s all settled.

Problem is this year for some reason the Swarm Line volunteers replies that a swarm has been claimed are not going in thread. They are showing up in separate threads so #1 you guys are flooding inboxes. #2 its very difficult to see what has been claimed. This is something as a group the volunteers should address (unless this was already decided and I missed the memo). <image.png>
Please read the whole list before asking, we would like to keep the traffic down to the minimum. The swarm was claimed already and was posted as claimed..
I can go if no one has claimed it.
Mahmoud, what is your phone number? Sent from my iPhone I’m beeless, can I go?---

Arrived today, low hanging fruit..
If you made a claim already and got bees, please wait 5 minutes before claiming. When claimed leave your phone number, you must be able to go right away.. after collecting the bees in your box, you must leave it there and come back for it after dusk.... This is a process, so if you can't do that don't claim.
