Update:

These folks sealed in the bees a few years ago and they are either back or never left. They are in the space above the small bay window, an architectural feature not accessible through the attic. 

They have informed me they are not going to have the bees removed at this time and my guess is they are going to try to seal them in, yet again. 

If anyone else picks up this job, please let me know. I’d love to know they aren’t going to do something shitty to these bees. 

If they do, I’m sure we’ll hear from them in another couple years.

The caller says they have had work done in previous years, which may have only consisted of plugging the hole. Now there is honey dripping down a window. There is an attic accessible from inside but they have been afraid to go up there.
