Suriel does not have money for an extraction right now. He says he is on too tight a budget.  
He says he is a contractor and could open up the ceiling (most likely) or the wall and provide someone with access to the bees if there’s a swarm catcher who might be interested in collecting them. You don’t need to do anything but collect the bees. They have just swarmed in so there should be much comb and they should be clustered around the queen.
