Antonio has a significant budget restriction. He says he is hoping someone will help out for free or very low cost. 

I don’t know if we have any swarm collectors with a drill that want to take that ply down and collect those bees. This would be a really simple process if someone was interested. 

They are not in the house or walls. 

If no one takes this on, I will follow up with him but this is a great opportunity to get you colony and have a bit of honey as well.
