Near 25th Ave and East 27th St in Oakland.  Just arrived.  Less than 6 feet up on “little palm tree” in front yard of house.  Soccer ball size maybe.  Asked for a pic, but the homeowner isn’t at home right now.  Will return within an hour she said.
